Phylicia Barnes 16 MISSING Baltimore MD

Phylicia Barnes, 16, is missing. She was on a family trip when she went missing Tuesday afternoon, 12/28/2010. She resides in Monroe, NC, however, was in Baltimore, MD to visit her two sisters when she disappeared near Eberle Drive around 1:30 p.m. Phylicia is not familiar with the city. She is believed to have left the house with her cell phone, but she left other personal items behind. It is possible she may have stepped out for a walk to get something to eat at a local establishment, however, nobody knows for sure. What they do know is she would not have run away or not made contact with her family. Phylicia is a senior at Union Academy, in NC, and friends and classmates gathered in Monroe on Thursday to pray for her safe return. Her family asks if anyone has any information to please contact the authorities. They are very fearful and worried for her safety. Last seen wearing a navy blue hooded pea coat, a turquoise thermal shirt, blue jeans and white slippers/boots. She was carrying a caramel-colored purse. IF INFO, CALL the Baltimore PD at 443-984-7385, or 911 - Photobucket
